The Stadler Form Jerry is easy-to-use, practical and designed to provide moisture to dry air while travelling, in the office or wherever you want a little extra humidity.
Pluses:
- So small in size that you can virtually take it anywhere! This is especially helpful for those who frequently travel and wish to combat dry air in stuffy hotel rooms. Plus it includes a transcontinental adapter that can be used while traveling throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
- No bulky or messy tanks to fill! A standard water bottle (maximum 17 oz) simply attaches to Jerry's base and will provide up to 6 - 8 hours of soothing cool mist on low to medium level. At higher mist levels you may have to refill the water bottle more frequently.
- Quiet operation which is helpful for those light sleepers or while working at your desk in the office.
- It's auto shut off feature takes the worry out of running the unit when it is out of water.
- No filters to replace or clean which is very convenient. All that's needed is to wipe the base with a cloth occasionally and make sure the unit is dried out when putting away for the season.
Minuses:
- Will not sufficiently humidify an entire bedroom but just the personal area around the unit.
- Does not have a built-in humidistat or anti-bacterial features that are included with many of our larger ultrasonic humidifiers.
Summary:
Despite its small stature we were pleasantly surprised with how the Jerry EMS-200 packed a powerful punch when providing cool moisture for personal areas. It truly is our smallest humidifier and will easily fit in a suitcase, carry-on bag, briefcase and pocket book. Just simply add a water bottle and plug in for relief at your bedside or place of business! The use of ultrasonic technology enables for quiet operation and consistent humidity output throughout the night or day (with a full water bottle and on medium mist output setting).
