Reliable has designed and manufactured many steam mops over the years and the Steamboy PRO 300CU is a direct result of their years of experience. This steam mop is well designed but not over designed. Our testers really appreciate its simplicity of operation and the fantastic cleaning results it provides. While we would like to see a larger cleaning head on a future Steamboy, we realize that some maneuverability will be lost and trust the designers at Reliable know what their customers want. While using this steam mop on hard surfaces we quickly noted that it appears to leave less moisture on the floor. The integrated bristle brush was quite effective for scrubbing stains and did help with grout cleaning. This feat is notable as we have previously never been able to satisfactorily clean grout with a standard steam mop. Lastly, the PRO 300CU is comfortable and easy to use with no testers reporting arm or wrist fatigue from operation.
