Firstly, I would give the customer service kudos in handling my case.

With the product, positive is works as the product describes.

I would definitely love to see these improvements:
- ability to decrease temperature. Product currently only allows you to increment the temperature setting and reaches to 99 before resetting to 60's . This is a pain if you want to decrement the temperature
- product quality: looks elegant but feels like plastic.

Great Heater

I don’t have central heat/air. I have tried many heaters over the years that will keep my house comfortably warm. I finally found it in this heater. My house is about 1000sq ft, it doesn’t heat as much space as they say but it definitely heats 500sq ft comfortable.
I have bought 4 so far. One for my bedroom, living room/kitchen, one for spare room. They keep all those rooms nice and warm. I have had my first one for about 5 yrs now after 3 yrs it stopped oscillating but still heats great. The other two have also stopped oscillating. You can hear the motor click but doesn’t move.
I can do without the oscillator so that’s not a problem for me.
I have one back up still in the box. Going to order two more so when any of the 3 goes out I will have back up.
Also keeps my energy bill lower than any other heat source I have tried.
Great product just wish you could go down on temperature setting and that it would cut off when it reaches temperature.
I highly recommend this heater.

It does not get the room as hot as i thought it would. It definately does not heat to the maximum temperature setting. i bought the product to heat my yoga space to 92 degrees but this has been a disappointment. i set it to 95 degrees and am only able to acheive a temperature of 80 degrees.

It doesn’t seem as drying and is making ch quieter than the heater in my ac/heat unit. I have one in bedroom 10x16 that heats whole room well. I have another in my 450 sq ft lower level. It does fine at. 77 degree setting when it’s not too cold outside. I haven’t tried it on higher setting because I haven’t needed to.
