Overall, I'm disappointed. That said, it did last the better part of two winter seasons before it leaked all over our floor repeatedly.

Pros:

-The design is one of the few that you can pour water in through the top - which is great if you have mobility issues and can't lift a gallon container to fill. I had had surgery, and this was a big selling point.
- looks good
- quiet
- good sized tank
- efficient

Cons:

- The seal isn't great. If you bump it by accident, water might come pouring out the bottom.
- must be up high, or water will pool on the floor
- Third season, it worked for about a week, then the seal leaked water no matter what we did.

This was more expensive than the cheap ones that you expect to die in a year or two. I had hoped to get 4-5 years out of it.
