Blueair 400 Series HEPASilent Particle Filter

The larger unit of the two that I have developed an annoying high pitched hum so I had to give it away to someone who wasn’t using it in their bedroom. But it had worked very well in the five years I had it. The smaller unit is still very silent.

I chose older models of BluAir air cleaners because of their rugged construction, simplicity, and quiet reliable motors.This filter lasts exactly 6 months in my home,and is by that time obviously somewhat dirty.I usually stick with genuine filters, despite their higher cost. Allergy Byers Club seems to have the best price on the internet.

Fine product, poorly delivered. ABC uses FedEx Ground, which with the franchisee in my area, misdelivers as often as it succeeds. The filter I ordered never arrived, and ABC eventually sent a new one after “investigating”. ABC needs to switch to UPS or another reliable delivery company.

This filter works to my expectations. As a senior on SS I did find the price very high, but I need the air filter because of severe allergies and acute asthma. I wish you had something less expensive, however, your product is a giant health plus for me.
