Our company president declared this to be her perfect pillow! It’s made of 100% Talalay latex with three choices of firmness levels. We recommend 'soft' for side sleepers who like a squishy pillow. Latex pillows discourage dust mites from breeding beneath your nose at night, thus avoiding the added expense of dust mite covers. Mildew proof, anti-microbial, and dust mite resistant, these latex pillows offer superb comfort and allergy-friendly features. Each pillow comes with a protective check velour pillow cover. - Talalay latex foam has an exclusive manufacturing process:
- First, a suspension of rubber particles in water is poured into pincore molds that add air channels to the foam for enhanced breathability.
- The latex is removed from the mold and is put through a rigorous five-stage washing process that is unique to Talalay manufacturing.
- The latex foam is placed in a high temperature dryer and then individually inspected for quality control.
- No flame retardant chemicals are used in these pillows

Latex is a sterile, hygienic product (which normally does not require washing). The pillow cover can be removed and washed separately. If the latex pillow needs washing, use a lukewarm solution of mild soap and water. Dry at room temperature away from heat and light. Never place in mechanical home dryer.

Latex is uniquely supportive because it conforms to your every movement. This means that you will not have to bunch or re-shape it every time you roll over to be comfortable. Our testing team particularly likes these latex pillows because they do not flatten or saglike cotton or wool pillows do over time.
Latex pillows are beneficial for allergy sufferersbecause common germs, bacteria and mildew cannot develop on them. This is because latex is inherently anti-microbial, mildew proof and dust mite resistant. Latex pillows are not recommended for people who have multiple chemical sensitivities. While most of our testers could not detect an odor, a couple said they smelled a slight sweet odor. To eliminate this odor, simply remove the check velour cover and air the pillow out for a few days before using it.
Latex pillows have many inter-connecting air channels for excellent air circulation and enhanced breathability. The ventilation system will allow you to remain cool, dry and comfortablethroughout the night!
Summary:
Our latex pillows come in three levels of firmness and when checking around to our staff, I found that “Latex Soft” is by far and away the outright winner. I fell in love with these pillows several years ago and they are all over the house and show no signs of wear. The soft latex is wonderfully “scrunchy” and as a side sleeper, I like a nice responsive pillow. I like these pillows so much I have put them in every bedroom of our home and am confident that they will last at least 10 years which makes them an outright bargain. Not to mention they are dust mite resistant which means I do not have to purchase dust mite encasings for them. Before I bought them, I was somewhat skeptical of a “rubber pillow” having slept on down for my entire life – but these latex pillows made a believer out of me. I have also given these pillows as gifts to friends with great success.
