The Blueair Pure 411 has an integrated particle sensor meaning that it will run automatically and will purify air until contaminates are removed with one touch of a button. The unit also includes an LED display, allowing you to see what quality your air is at. Besides being able to run automatically it does have the option to run manually as you see fit.
CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) is the standard for measuring how effective a unit can purify air. Basically the higher the number the more effective the unit is at high speed. The CADR of this unit is 123 for smoke, 96 for pollen, and 107 for dust. The effectiveness of the unit also is determined by the size of the room, this unit is rated for small rooms, nurseries, offices, and roughly any space that will not exceed 190 Sq. Ft. If used in this size room the air will be completely filtered 5 times in one hour. It is also essential that filters are maintained for its overall effectiveness.
