The Airfree FIT800 wall mounted air sterilizer is completely silent, energy-efficient and have no expensive filters to replace. Airfree air sterilizers destroy 99.99% of all airborne micro-organisms using a patented Airfree sterilizer technology. The FIT800's ceramic core incinerates at 400°F, eliminating the common triggers of allergies and asthma as well as ozone, viruses and bacteria. It silently and passively draws air through its core by way of the air convection process. As organic matter reached the core of the FIT800 it is destroyed during its exposure to heat. Airfree creates a convection current that draws cooler ambient air into its incineration chamber. The chamber eliminates microorganisms, and then releases cooled and cleaned air into the environment without affecting room temperature or humidity. The entire process is completely silent and requires no maintenance, not even the occasional replacement of parts. All you have to do is switch the device on and leave it to get on with the job.
- The T800 air sterilizer is designed to be placed on the floor (but not on thick carpeting), in a vertical position away from curtains or blinds which may obstruct airflow.
- Always keep the air sterilizer turned on.
- Recommended time for 70 - 90% microorganism reduction is 10 days. (Results may be noticed after 1 week).
- For the best results, keep the sterilizer plugged in the same room.
- Do not attempt to use it sideways, under furniture, or with its bottom air inlets and or outlets blocked, preventing air to flow in and sterilized air to flow out. If any of the above occurs, the Thermo-dynamic sterilizing ceramic core will be disconnected as the unit will not work properly in those conditions and after about 1 minute, the anti-stress light will start blinking to call for attention, indicating poor installation, or eventual malfunctioning. After a few seconds of being properly installed the anti-stress light will stop blinking.
