I am
a great advocate of pulsatile nasal irrigation. Nasal irrigation
daily should be tried by anyone with sinus or allergy problems.
I
just turned 52 and I've been an elementary school teacher for
the last 26 years. I suffered serious sinus problems and ended
up having 3 sinus surgeries!! I also became very depressed due
to continual illness. I had ethmoid & sphneoid sinus problems
