Nothing is more important for your health than a restful night's sleep, but as we get older, that seems more elusive. Formerly, these mattresses were sold almost exclusively to Hollywood stars, kings, and princes; these Royal Pedic mattresses are simply the most comfortable, sleep-inducing mattresses available. Latex mattresses by Royal Pedic are constructed from premium, allergy-friendly, breathable materials while giving you the support where you need it with their 7-Zone system. Aimed at relieving pressure points for the joints of those of us with a few gray hairs, aches and pains simply melt away overnight. The only disadvantage of Royal Latex bed is that you will now hate to sleep away from home! A latex bed will give you 20 to 30 years of service. As a bonus, the latex is inhospitable to dust mites or mold, making this bed one of the healthiest beds you could buy. The box spring is sold separately and we recommend the addition of the optional 3.5 mattress pad for extra squishy comfort.

Features of Royal-Latex Organic Mattresses, Boxspring, and Mattress Pads
- Passes strict European standards that certify that the latex has no chemical properties that would cause a reaction to humans, and that it causes no detrimental impact to the environment during manufacturing
- This latex is hygienic, hypoallergenic and antibacterial
- Organic Cotton Ticking ventilates body heat, and is free of all chemicals: including dyes, bleaches, sizing, fire retardant, chemical fertilization, and pesticides being sprayed on cotton crop. (See #1 in diagram.)
- Hand Tufting with European Tufting Straps pre-compresses the cotton padding for orthopedic back support and to minimize body impressions. No buttons to pop off, or digging into ribs.(See #2 in diagram.)
- 100% Organic Staple Cotton Padding. Hand picked to insure no dust or cotton seed oils seep onto the cotton fibers. Free of all chemicals.(See #3 in diagram.)
- Ergonomically designed, 7-ZONE natural latex mattress core combines shoulder and hip flexibility for pressure point relief and comfort with firmer support for the lower back. Note: Some people have latex allergies, as can be the case with latex gloves. However, the latex material inside the mattress is non-reactive because it is encased inside of the outer filling materials, mattress covering, mattress pad, and fitted sheet - whereas, gloves are in direct contact with the skin. Also, unlike polyurethane foam padding (the main padding ingredient found in most mattresses), our natural latex mattress cores do not emit vapors that will trigger allergic or respiratory reactions.(See #4 in diagram.)
- Layer of Organic Cotton Padding supported by the Organic Cotton Ticking rests on top of the box spring coils to provide excellent support and longevity to the above mattress. No synthetics are used. Even the fabric on the underside of the box spring is the Organic Cotton Ticking.(See #5 in diagram.)
- Extra durable, 8 3/4 gauge box spring wiring with 22% more coils than an average "good quality" box spring, and with 50% more coils in the center-third where it's needed most. The very best we can provide.(See #6 in diagram.)
- Heavy Duty, 5 Star Hotel Grade, Wide Slat Wood Frame provides
outstanding stability and lasting durable support.(See #7 in diagram.)
- This mattress contains a 5 1/2" thick layer of 7-zone natural latex foam (85% latex, 15% fillers) which is anti-bacterial, hygienic, hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant.
- The natural core is surrounded by layers of organic Foxfibre® cotton padding
- The 7-zone feature offers correct alignment for people of varying heights, with flexibility for the shoulders and hips, while providing correct support for the lower back

Optional Royal-Pedic Organic Pillowtop Pads*
- The 3.5 " thick quilted pillowtop pad will provide extra cushioning, luxurious comfort, and additional pressure point relief to hips and shoulders for the ultimate in rest and relaxation
- The organic cotton fabric is quilted with two thick layers of untreated French lambs wool for ventilation and added comfort. Underneath the quilting is a 2.8" thick layer of the natural latex for the ultimate in cushioning and comfort.
- The pillowtop pad lays on top of the mattress. Then the mattress pad and fitted sheet go over both the pillowtop pad and the mattress itself, which holds the pad in place.
- The pillowtop mattress pad will not slip around due to its weight, and its outer cotton fabric, which won't slip against a cotton mattress.
- Advantages of the separate pillowtop pad vs. a pad sewn on both sides of the mattress are:
1. A Mattress pad offers closer to normal bed height.
2. Fitted sheets pull on easier.
3. Your underlying mattress will last longer.
4. You can remove the pad when rotating the mattress, which is easier and less weight to move.
*We recommend using extra deep dust mite encasings for the mattress when using a pillowtop mattress pad
Warranty: Manufacturer warranties item against defects in both material and workmanship. 10 years for mattresses/boxsprings. 5 years for pillowtop pads.
