Minuses:
The Felix's dust bags are made of paper instead of a filtering fiber cloth and we were surprised by their smaller size.
Although the 32 ft power cord is a decent length for a compact vacuum, we would have liked it to be longer like the Sebo X series 40 ft. cord.
The only accessory tools that can be stored onboard are the crevice nozzle and the upholstery tool. They are kept onboard using a wand clip and can be easily knocked off if you are not careful.
It is a bit awkward changing between the power head and the parquet floor tool. We found it is best to lay the vacuum down and then change the floor tool; trying to change the floor tool while holding the vacuum up is quite a challenge

The powerful suction of the 12" power head coupled with the double helix brush roll design allows the Felix to suck up pet hair on the first pass. The convenient access doors for the brush roll and power head provide easy maintenance and removal of clogs or jams. This vacuum is one of the most versatile we have tested, not only because it can sufficiently clean all types of carpets, rugs, and bare floors, but also because you can detach the floor tool and carry it around as a portable suction unit. Top that off with the inclusion of the 9 ft. extension hose, 20" straight tube, handheld turbo brush, dusting brush, crevice nozzle, and upholstery tool and you have a vacuum with endless cleaning possibilities!
We were surprised that the vacuum bags for the Felix were not very big, only 3.5 qt (less than a gallon). Visually judging where the bags go, we expected larger vacuum bags like the 1.8 gallon bags used on the X & G series. Besides this, the only other things we could find to complain about included having to stop and bend down to adjust the brush height on the power head and the Felix's accessory tools stored on the wand can get in the way or get knocked off if you are not careful. Also, changing between the power head and floor brush can not be done on the fly, we had to lay the vacuum down in order to detach the power head and put on the floor brush. However, these are all minor complaints that are greatly overshadowed by all of Felix's plus.
The Felix's quality filtration system makes it safe to use and extremely efficient at capturing and containing pet hair, dander, and dust. With the Felix, Sebo made the entire body of the vacuum into the micro exhaust filter that not only offers all-around filtration but also helps reduce noise from the motor. We were amazed to see that the overall particle count in the room went down 15% during the short time we tested it. Furthermore, over 99% of the sub-micron particles were removed by the exhaust filter. The Felix is a great representation of Sebo's desire to make user friendly vacuums that are easy to maintain and designed to last for years.
