Summary:
If you are a person who has trouble finding the perfect pillow because they always seem too soft, too firm, too flat, or t0o high, than the Melody is the pillow for you. When we say "two technologies, one great pillow" it is no lie. The memory foam in this pillow is a prefect compliment to the high loft resiliency of Talalay latex foam, and the latex foam is the perfect compliment to the dense, slow recovery of memory foam. Initially apprehensive about the dense feel of this pillow, it was a great surprise to realize the Melody perfected the balance between softness, resiliency, and support. The cradling comfort of the memory foam bottom half of the pillow helps absorb the resilient bounce of the latex top half, reducing its loft to create the perfect low profile, medium-firm pillow. Melody will work great for side, back and stomach sleepers who want the perfect medium firmness pillow with a low-profile design. Due to the memory foam and polyester (used in the velour pillow cover), we do not recommend the Melody for those who are sensitive to synthetic materials.
