Ogallala Comfort Company, a state of Nebraska Corporation, guarantees to you, the original purchaser or user, your beautiful Hypodown or feather product to be free from defects in workmanship or material used for a period of three generations or 75 years from the date of purchase.

Hypodown products are guaranteed to give restful sleep without allergic reactions. In the unlikelihood that an allergic reaction occurs, return this product to the original store immediately.

If this product is found to be defective because of imperfect workmanship, or material during the time of the guarantee, Ogallala Comfort Company will repair or replace the product at the companies' option.

Defective products should be shipped to Ogallala Comfort Company with the law tag and proof of purchase at the purchaser's /user's expense. Manufacturer will pay freight charges for the return of the repaired or replaced product.

Use of down products over a periods of years may slightly diminish the loft of the filling material. Because this is an all natural fill, Ogallala Comfort Company cannot be responsible, and therefore this guarantee does not extend to the filling material.

To qualify for the guarantee, the product must be used with a protective cover, and must be cleaned in conformance with care instructions. Due to different detergents, washers and various drying times, manufacturer guarantee does not apply to comforter or pillows laundered at home or dry cleaned.
