How it Works:
Maintain a neutral head position, close your throat with your tongue, squeeze the solution into your nose. The solution flushes along the nasal floor and mucus and debris is cleaned from the nasal passage allowing the sinus and ear openings to drain freely, naturally. We recommend the use of distilled or sterilized water to prevent the introduction of microorganisms into the nasal cavity.

Product Usage:
Use Nasopure over a sink or in the shower as part of your daily routine. - For Prevention: wash with either a hypertonic or isotonic solution once per day or after exposure to irritants
- For Mild to Moderate Nasal Congestion or Discharge: wash with hypertonic solution twice daily
- For Moderate to Severe Nasal Congestion, Discharge or Infection: wash with hypertonic solution three to four times daily

Summary:
This system is ideal for a beginner or a neti pot user who wants a nasal rinsing system that is easier and more comfortable to use. If you have been irrigating your sinuses for a while you may not be completely satisfied with this entry-level system, as it does not have the rinsing capacity of a powered irrigator which can get deep into the sinus cavity. On the other hand, if you are like me and only want to rinse your sinuses because they get dry, irritated or clogged, and if you find the powered irrigator systems intimidating and too much to handle, than this system is a perfect choice. I usually get choked-up and have a feeling of drowning when I using some irrigation systems and this system did not create that same sensation when I used it. I felt like I had complete control and I could go in little squirts without wasting a lot of the solution, until I got more comfortable. The included buffered solution made it convenient to mix the saline and it did not burn my nose (always a plus). Not to mention the price point is much less of a commitment. So as a beginner or someone who seeks nasal rinsing as needed, this $20 system is a great choice. It is also super easy to use, easy to clean and easy to fill. The compact plastic bottle is also great for traveling and would be a good supplemental travel system for someone who uses a powered irrigator.
