Product Usage: Use two full syringes for each nostril in the morning and in the evening or at any time as necessary. We recommend the use of distilled or sterilized water to prevent the introduction of microorganisms into the nasal cavity.

Summary:

This nasal rinsing system is probably the easiest, most compact system to use. It would be a very good system to use if you were traveling and wanted something that would not take a lot of room. The system itself is so simple you will probably only have to read the directions once. I felt much clearer on completing a treatment which was quick and painless. The saline solution that comes with the system is easy to mix and does not burn the inside of your nose as a homemade solution will do sometimes. The only concern with using this product is that no matter how slow you use it, the sensation of water moving up your nose is still uncomfortable. If you are new to nasal rinsing this is a great system to start with (especially with its low price), however it will most likely take you a few tries before you are completely comfortable with irrigating your nasal passage.
