Miele's new S6 series replaces Miele's S4 Galaxy series of lightweight canister vacuum cleaners. The Miele S6270 Topaz is the top model of the series with an electric configuration and deluxe operating handle. The new S6 series has the same compact design and entry-level price points of the S4 series along with some improvements such as a quieter Vortex motor, lightweight skeleton construction, larger cleaning radius and extended warranty. Each S6 model comes standard with an AirClean filter but we provide the option to purchase your new S6 with Miele's Active HEPA filter for maximum filtration performance.

Minuses:
The ElectroComfort power brush does not have adjustable carpet height settings and does not work great on high pile carpet or rugs.
No filter change indicator on this vacuum (a feature only found on Miele's S5 luxury models).
