The AutoCool 13,000 BTU portable air conditioner is designed to offer excellent cooling efficiency and greater comfort. The portable air conditioner allows you to cool, dehumidify and clean the air in rooms where central air doesn't do the job, in apartments, smaller rooms and offices. Its evaporative technology and dual hose design increases the cooling efficiency and eliminates the need to constantly empty buckets. The year round unit also features a heating mode to provide you some warmth during the off season. Other features include auto-restart, sleep mode, remote control and easy to read multi-color display. The units can easily be moved from room to room and installation is simple with the window kit provided. Covers areas up to 420 square feet.

How it Works:
Self-Evaporating Technology: During the cooling process, water is removed from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the compressor and make the unit run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy. This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in your environment).
