Summary:
What better way to test the Germ Guardian UV-C sanitizer than in our company kitchen where it would be subjected to multiple people and where weeks earlier we had left out some strawberries which in a few days were covered in mold. We set the UV-C sanitizer in a corner of the kitchen and left it running for a few days. Its silver lantern like shape and dim blue glow interested some employees where others did not give it a second glance. One morning we found a post-it note on it reading "Earthlings, take me to your leader". After running constantly for a few days we introduced some new ripe strawberries to the room. One week later, these strawberries had dried up but were still free of mold. Thus our test was concluded. Though interesting in design, the UV-C air sanitizer did indeed sterilize the air in our kitchen and prevented the growth of mold on fresh fruit.
