Equipped with all the safety features needed for confident operation. A safety trigger is located on the handle to prevent one from accidentally burning themselves when not in use. The ES4500 is equipped with thermal protection which will automatically shut the unit off if it over heats. Lastly, there is a pressure relief safety cap in case the pressure builds too high.
With the ES4500, we can now go the next step in cleaning by applying eco-friendly cleaners, sanitation products and antimicrobial coatings to surfaces alongside the dry vapor steam. For example, we placed the Sani-Shield surface cleaner in the additive tank, turned on the additive switch located on the unit and adjusted the additive control knob to the amount of solution we wanted to be dispersed. Quickly and with great ease we went over tables and other surfaces (we decided to use the large triangular brush and towel) with the Sani-Shield/dry vapor steam combination. Through the power of steam we were able to achieve spotless, like-new surfaces free of dirt, germs and bacteria. At the same time, the Sani-Shield and steam vapor being dispersed provided an antimicrobial resistant barrier which will keep these surfaces clean and sanitary for a longer period. We felt more confident that this enhanced cleaning method and protection would reduce the spread of germs and viruses during the cold an flu season.
The ES4500 includes the revolutionary Sani-Shield cleaner which effectively cleans, shields and protects. The combination of the steam and Sani-Shield will create a microscopic polymeric barrier which shields against adhesion or buildup of soil and grime. After each application a new barrier forms protecting the surface from re-soiling and contamination. Lack of handle controls for steam pressures: Controlling steam pressure is on the main body of the machine - not the handle.
Due to its stainless steel construction and design, the Eurosteam can seem a bit heavy but it does include a handy utility cart and will meet the demands of heavy-duty use.
Since this steam cleaner does not have continuous fill technology, you have to let the unit cool for 20 minutes before refilling it with water. We recommend using this down time to prep the next room for cleaning.
