At $299 this vacuum is a great value including HEPA filtration, quiet operation, adjustable suction control and two floor tools that allow you to clean bare flooring and low pile carpets or area rugs.
Pluses:

The compact design, simplified controls, large rear wheels and extra long hose make the vacuum easy to operate and maneuver throughout the house.
The combination floor tool is great for quick cleaning when you don’t want to bother with changing floor tools.
3-in-1 accessory tool is simple and convenient to use and is stored onboard in an integrated spot at the back of the canister, reducing the chance of losing a tool or having it fall off the vacuum.
HEPA exhaust filtration and good quality fiber dust bags trap dust and dirt inside the vacuum to keep your indoor air clean and safe for allergy sufferers.
Minuses:
Due to the vacuum's compact design it can only use small dust bags that hold just under 2 quarts (1/2 gallon).
The combination floor tool performs best on bare floors and low pile rugs. It is not ideal for delicate smooth floor surfaces nor will it get deep embedded dirt out of thick carpets.
The turbo brush will do a good job on low and medium cut pile carpets but is not well suited for thick or high pile carpets that need the extra power and strong brush roll agitation of a power brush.
The combination accessory tool is not as effective as individual accessory tools. The dusting brush has nice long natural bristles but the suction of the vacuum pulls them inwards and clogs up the opening. The crevice nozzle is only about 3 inches which is to short to be very effective and when turned into an upholstery tool it is wide and flimsy and awkward to use.
Summary:
This little vacuum cleaner is very efficient in design and function. One of the things we like best about this vacuum is its compact size which is very easy to maneuver around the house, carry up stairs and hide away in a closet. It is impressively powerful enough to clean bare floors and low-pile rugs, yet quiet enough not to scare the pets or wake the children. If you hate to change floor tools or are cleaning in a hurry you can vacuum all floors types with just the combination floor tool or if you have more time just switch and use the turbo brush with an air-driven brush roll to better clean rugs and carpet.
The 3-in-1 accessory tool neatly stores in an integrated compartment at the back of the canister which is a vast improvement over the previous models (UltraSilencer and Harmony) where the tools were stored on the wand with a clip. No more worries about the tools getting in the way or losing one if it falls off. However, as a result of combining the three tools into one, none of the tool configurations are over effective at their job which is very disappointing. Electrolux should have invested more time into the design of this tool, not just where to hide it.
A couple of design changes to note about this vacuum that are different from the older models is the new suction adjustment controls (which I can't really decide if I like the new wheel suction adjustment or the old knob-style control better) and a longer hose that adds to the vacuum's maneuverability and extends its cleaning reach to 34 feet.
Since this vacuum is focused on being eco-friendly, we suggest use of the washable HEPA replacement filter which will eliminate the need to buy (and throw out) replaceable HEPA filters every 6 to 12 months. Overall congratulate Electrolux for producing a stylish, powerful, innovative vacuum cleaner at a very affordable price, all while being ecologically conscience.
