Pluses:

Lightweight and easy to use both as a stick vac and a handheld vac.
It is cordless so it can be used anywhere.
This vacuum is very versatile. You can quickly clean a mess on the rug or hard wood floor, then remove the handheld vac and clean the couch, counter-top and hard to reach corner that no other vacuum will fit into. You can also use it in the car to clean up crumbs and little messes that you, the kids or the pets left behind.
The 9.6 volt motor offers good suction power for picking up dust bunnies, crumbs and little messes.
It is bagless so there is no need to buy replacement bags and the filters can be cleaned or replaced as needed.
Included charger stand provides neat storage and keeps the vacuum charged so it is always ready to use. The stand can also be mounted on a wall to conserve floor space.
The vacuum provides 12 to 20 minutes worth of cleaning power, which is an efficient amount of time to handle the small cleaning tasks it is designed for.
It is an excellent value for the price. You will end up using this vacuum more times than you can imagine.

Minuses:

Does not work great on medium or high pile carpets.
Fair filtration. Not a sealed HEPA filtration system, however we did not notice any dust or odors being exhausted back into the room.
The vacuum does not park on its own but it does have a rubber parking strip along the handle so it can be placed against a wall and not slip to the floor. Place it on its charging stand for neat storage when not in use.
The dirt container only holds about two cups of dirt and needs to be emptied frequently to work effectively. Emptying can be messy so do it outside and avoid wind.
Since it is battery operated, its power supply has a time limit which is approximately 12-20 minutes and it needs 16 hours to fully recharge when it runs out of battery power. Our reviewers did not complain about the vacuum’s run time but they did think 16 hours of charging was a long time to wait for only 12 to 20 minutes of use.
