I have used [and so has my cleaning lady!] all the range of Dragonfly Organix cleaning products. While I do not think the stain remover is as effective as our 212 cleaner, it does do a reasonable job and the others do live up to their promise. The concrete stain remover works best in conjunction with a steam cleaner for stubborn stains on concrete. The all purpose cleaners and window cleaner are excellent and a welcome change from Windex. The window cleaner really does make glass sparkle. I confess to not using the floor cleaner or degreaser myself on a regular basis, but I am told by other household members that they did the job. There is the barest of natural aromas from the ingredients of DragonFly products, so not the best for Multiple Chemical Sufferers, but I personally find the aroma mild but pleasant. All organic cleaning products cost more than the average supermarket chemical kind but I have avoided spraying chemicals around my house for over a decade. This is really a quality brand of cleaning materials and they have a permanent place in our cleaning supply closet.
