We have these pillows in our home. I wanted to order more, for Valentine's Day, and was excited when they arrived. I immediately noticed they weren't packaged like the previous ones I've ordered. I read the directions which stated this is a new shipping process to reduce costs, and I followed the directions exactly as written. I only opened one, and was to fluff the pillow, repeatedly, and allow 24 hours for it to grow. It never got any bigger and was soft and limp. I highly doubt anyone would be happy with what I received. We threw them into the trash, and one hadn't even been opened.
