What makes this unit unique is its innovative AutoDrain Technology, which automatically removes excess condensation build up and eliminates the need to drain the unit manually as it's continuously running. The thoughtfully designed American Comfort air conditioners also feature integral handles and casters for transporting the unit from room to room, long lasting washable filters to remove large dust particles and pollen, electronic display, programmable timers and a remote control. Our American Comfort ACW500CH Dual Purpose Model features heat pump technology to provide you some warmth during the off season. Both units are designed to spot cool most average-sized rooms up to 420 square feet.
