The 3M 8210 particulate respirator masks are one of the most widely used N95 particulate respirators in industry. The 3M 8210 Plus respirator mask is an unvalved N95 class particulate respirator designed for the workplace and personal use as protection from non-oil based airborne particles. It is a great choice for reducing the inhalation of airborne allergens such as dust, pollen and mold spores. It provides sufficient protection during tasks such as mowing grass, sweeping, sanding, grinding, sawing, processing minerals or working with insulation in a non-oil environment. These filtering face masks are made for all day use with a comfortable fit. Product Usage:
Read all instructions and limitations prior to use. Follow fitting instructions for proper fit and maximum filtration efficiency.
Use For:
The 8210 plus protects against inhalation of particles encountered during sanding (bare wood, non-lead painted surfaces or drywall), sweeping, grinding, sawing, bagging, or processing materials such as coal, iron ore, flour, metal, wood, and certain other substances. Protects against liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or vapors. Filters common allergens such as pollen, mold spore and other non-harmful dusts or airborne particulates encountered during outdoor activities such as gardening, cutting firewood, raking and mowing grass.
Do Not Use For:
Gases and vapors, oil aerosols, asbestos, arsenic, cadmium, lead, MDA, or sandblasting, concentrations that exceed 10 times the PEL/OE specific OSHA standards, or applicable government regulations, whichever is lower. This respirator does not supply oxygen.
Biological Particles:
This respirator can help reduce inhalation exposure to certain airborne biological particles (e.g mold, Bacillus anthracis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.) but cannot eliminate the risk of contracting infection, illness or disease. OSHA and other government agencies have not established safe exposure limits for these contaminants.
